Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will give you absolute control over your mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can create a new mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward electronic mails from one mail account to another, create email filters, set up autoresponders and shield your email accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail boxes against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming email messages on the basis of specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Simply choose the email account you wish to forward messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the mail client of your choice to access your email accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
