Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you total control over your email mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a new email box in an instant and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, create autoresponders and defend your mailboxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming e-mails according to specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Just specify the e-mail account you want to forward email messages from, then select the destination mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your liking to access your email box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
